cvl collects identification data (name, date of birth, government ID), contact details (email, phone), financial information (transaction history, wallet addresses), and technical data (IP address, device type, browser) when you use our platform.

KYC verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a live selfie. This data is processed by our licensed identity verification partner and stored in encrypted form on EU-based servers.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, detect fraud, comply with AML/KYC regulations, and send you account notifications. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

Data Retention

Policy Updates

This privacy policy was last updated January 1, 2026. When material changes occur, cvl will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. The updated policy takes effect on the date stated in that notice.
