Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on cvl, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally permitted to use cryptocurrency exchange services in your jurisdiction, and agree to these terms in full.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the Platform

You may use cvl solely for lawful trading, transfers, and account management. Any attempt to manipulate markets, circumvent KYC controls, or use automated scripts without API authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and enabling two-factor authentication. cvl cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

Providing false information during KYC verification is a breach of these terms and may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

All platform content — including the cvl interface, logo, trading algorithms, and documentation — is the exclusive property of cvl and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

cvl is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, blockchain network failures, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions outside our direct control.

Our total aggregate liability to you under these terms is capped at the total fees you paid to cvl in the 90 days preceding the relevant claim.

Third-Party Services

cvl integrates third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and blockchain data services. These providers operate under their own terms and cvl is not responsible for their conduct or data practices.

Account Security

cvl applies 256-bit AES encryption, cold storage for 95% of funds, and continuous fraud monitoring. You agree to notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a full export of your account data, close your account at any time, and withdraw your funds subject to standard processing windows. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

cvl may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
